What may be collected

Premier Americana records only aggregate handoff clicks when you open one of the listed destination-guide domains. The handoff event includes the current path, destination domain, link label, and a random identifier generated for that page and never reused across pages or domains. It is not written to cookies or browser storage and does not use a persistent visitor identifier or cross-domain identity. Hosting logs, email metadata, and message content may also be processed when needed to operate the site and answer requests.

How it is used

Data is used to operate the site, measure whether pages are useful, protect the service, answer support requests, review corrections, and keep the public guide information accurate.

Legal basis

We process limited operational data for legitimate interests in running, securing, measuring, and improving the site. If you email us, we process your message and contact details to respond to the request and keep an appropriate editorial or legal record. Where consent is required for an optional service, we rely on that consent.

Services and processors

Premier Americana uses Cloudflare hosting and a first-party event endpoint operated for the publisher network to count destination-guide handoffs. It may also use site analytics if enabled, ordinary email infrastructure, and internal publisher tools needed to operate and improve the public site.

Stay22 automatic lodging service

On selected accommodation-related guides, Premier Americana may connect to Stay22 automatically when the page opens unless Global Privacy Control or the saved browser choice below blocks it. This service is separate from analytics. It stays off on this privacy page, other legal and system pages, guide hubs, destination hubs, and pages carrying another paid provider placement.

A Stay22 connection may transmit ordinary technical request information, such as IP address, browser and device details, approximate region, page context, and affiliate attribution. Stay22 and any resulting booking provider process data under their own policies. We may receive a commission if a resulting referral leads to an eligible booking, at no extra cost to you, but we do not receive your payment details.

Maps remain click-to-load and are separate from the automatic lodging service. Blocking automatic Stay22 affects future eligible page loads and does not undo a request that already completed.

No resale of personal information

Premier Americana does not sell personal information or package inbound messages as a general lead list. Contact details are used for the request or publisher workflow that created them.

Retention

Analytics and log data are kept only as long as useful for reporting, security, and operations. Email and correction records may be retained while the underlying request, editorial history, or publisher relationship remains relevant.

Privacy requests

Use info@premieramericana.com to request access, correction, deletion, clarification, or an opt-out review. The request scope and identity may need to be verified.

For privacy matters, you may contact the Hellenic Data Protection Authority (HDPA, dpa.gr), the supervisory authority in Greece. If you are in the EU/EEA, you may also lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority of your habitual residence, place of work, or place of the alleged infringement.
