The honest difference: a town versus a region

Newport combines a compact harbor center with mansion, coastal and beach visits that may need longer walks or transport. Check current Cliff Walk detours before joining it to a mansion day. Cape Cod spreads its towns and beaches across a peninsula: a car adds flexibility, but a carefully chosen base and CCRTA routes can also support a trip without one.
